Ingredients
Marinade
  • 150 ml Single Cream
  • 1 tbs Korma Spice Blend
Curry
  • 450 g Chicken Cubed
  • 1 whole Onion Finely Chopped
  • 2 tbs Korma Spice Blend
  • 150 ml Single Cream
  • 150 ml Water
  • 50 g Ground Almonds
  • 2 tbs Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Sachet Creamed Coconut
  • 2-3 tbs Honey To Taste
Instructions
Marinade
  1. Combine the spice blend and cream in a large mixing bowl and stir gently

  2. Add the diced chicken and coat evenly with the marinade.

  3. Cover the bowl with Cling Film & leave in the fridge over night

Curry
  1. Heat the 2 Tbs of oil in a large frying pan on a low heat

  2. Add the diced onion & fry gently until softened

  3. Add the 2 Tbs of spice blend and cook for 2 minutes to release the flavour

  4. Add the Marinated chicken to the pan and fry for 3-4 minutes or until chicken is sealed

  5. Add the cream, water, ground almonds & creamed coconut & mix thoroughly

  6. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat and cook for 20 - 25 minutes

  7. When chicken is cooked and sauce has thickened, add the honey to taste and cook for a further 5 minutes to further thicken the sauce

  8. Serve & Enjoy
